On April 20, the Election Appeals Master upheld the findings of the Election Supervisor that the Middleton Slate took illegal campaign contributions from employers, used union resources to campaign and teamed up with employers to suppress members’ rights.

Hoffa is trying to block Teamsters United candidates from getting on the ballot in the West. A win by the Teamsters United 572 slate will defeat Hoffa’s plan and secure a democratic election.
